  • Medicaid Aged & Disabled Waiver

    This Medicaid program provides assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, occasional shopping, and light housekeeping. Persons must be determined both medically eligible and financially eligible prior to starting services. Contact your primary care physician and the local DHHR office to begin the process of receiving these services.Read More

  • Lighthouse Program

    The Lighthouse Program is designed to assist those seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living in their homes, but whose income or assets disqualify them for Medicaid services. Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping are provided. The majority of the program is paid for by state funding grants to the center, however a sliding scale fee co-pay per hour of service is required and billed monthly. Read More

  • FAIR: Alzheimer's Respite Program

    The FAIR Alzheimer's Respite Progam provides a break for family caregivers and socialization for the care recipient by offering a sitter/companion type service to relieve the caregiver. A physician's diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease or a related dementia is required. The majority of the program is paid for by state funding grants to the center, however a sliding scale fee co-pay per hour of service is required and billed monthly. Read More

  • Veteran Affairs

    Senior Monongalians is approved by the VA to provide a variety of in-home services, however your VA Caseworker must be contacted to determine your exact eligibility and to initiate services.Read More

  • Private Pay Care

    Personal Care and Respite services are also available at a cost of $16.00 per hour when workers are available. Private Pay offers more flexibility of tasks to meet your needs best.Read More
